These selections are located on the New Client Registration form under the header Package Information.
The Client Dashboard is the hub for all your clients. Each menu tab represents a different aspect of your clients information, data and functions. They can checkout by credit card and even make additional purchases.
My Dashboard is the starting point upon login. From here your clients will accept the representation agreement and start their interview process. The item on the grid labeled ACTION changes from “Accept Agreement” to “Start Interview” informing your client the ability to proceed to the interview or if they need to accept the representation agreement first. Consequently you can have multiple agreements that you can apply to your services. For instance you might require a non-attorney version of your representation agreement versus an attorney version for self directed services.
My Profile allows your client to securely update their bio information and change their credentials. This however does not alter their interview answers.
My Purchase keeps track of the services currently in the client’s shopping cart as well as the purchases they have made already. The VEPS system is integrated with several shopping cart systems and can be modified to handle just about any other solution on the market. VEPS can even handle off-site checkout solutions.
Services enables your clients to make additional purchase as necessary. There is no limit as to your offerings. You can even define manual external products and extended services like priority shipping and binding services.
Reviewing the image below, you can see how the self prepared services do not have a check mark in the REQ ARGEE column, denoting that those services do not require a representation agreement to proceed to the interview.
Coming Soon is our new scheduler management system that allows your client to select an available date and time to meet with you via phone, office visit or skype. From the Back Office you will be able to review, set days and times available and manage your client’s schedules.
Coming Soon is our new document management system that allows your client to upload important documents related to their needs. From the Back Office you will be able to review, download and upload to each of your clients.
VEPS which is a “pay-as-you-go” browser-based internet option for the client’s completion of the estate planning interview. With only a few minutes of review time, the software will generate a complete state-specific estate plan incorporating either a “stand-alone” Will or a fully funded revocable living trust (including all of the supporting documents).
All dialogs have detailed help screens. Documents are created, fully-formatted, in Microsoft Word. Frequently updated, the software ensures that you are always compliant with current state and federal laws.
